HOD HASHARON, Israel, March 9, 2023 — Allot Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT) (TASE: ALLT), a leading global provider of innovative network intelligence and security-as-a-service (SECaaS) solutions for communication service providers and enterprises, today announced that Taiwan’s Far EasTone Guardian Network, based on Allot NetworkSecure, has reached nearly 200,000 subscribers in only three months since the service was launched. The announcement follows the revelation of this milestone by Far EasTone in Chinese at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
NetworkSecure is a network-based cybersecurity service platform, offering zero-touch, clientless operation, requiring no application installation by the end customer. With NetworkSecure, Far EasTon offers its customers protection from cybersecurity threats, including malware, viruses, phishing and ransomware. An easy-to-use Chinese interface provides branded alerts and reporting that help strengthen brand loyalty.
In December 2022, Far EasTone in cooperation with Allot, jointly launched Far EasTone Guardian Network, which Far EasTone refers to as ‘a blockbuster service’. In only three months the number of subscribers to the Far EasTone service reached nearly 200,000. During that time, the solution detected and blocked 2.7 billion cybersecurity threats affecting 30% of subscribers.
“We congratulate our partner, Far EastTone, for their impressive achievement. Top management commitment to protect their customers led to this very successful launch and we are proud to be part of this effort. This achievement clearly shows the benefit of a zero-touch, easy-to-use service based on Allot NetworkSecure which enables drawing large numbers of consumers who seek protection on their devices in a very short time,” said Assaf Eyal, SVP Global Sales for Allot.
