What does Allot do?

Allot Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT, TASE: ALLT) is a provider of leading innovative converged cybersecurity solutions and network intelligence for service providers and enterprises worldwide, enhancing value to their customers. Our solutions are deployed globally for network-native cybersecurity services, network and application analytics, traffic control and shaping, and more. Allot’s multi-service platforms are deployed by over 500 mobile, fixed and cloud service providers and over 1000 enterprises. Our industry-leading network-native security-as-a-service solution is already used by many millions of subscribers globally.

When does your fiscal year end?

Our fiscal year ends on December 31st.

Our ordinary shares are traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ALLT”.

As a shareholder, how do I change my mailing address, report a loss stock certificate, or get answers about the number of shares owned?

If you hold (or held) your Allot shares in certificate form, you can contact the Company’s transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, at or by visiting its website at http://www.amstock.com/ If you hold (or held) your shares through a broker and not in certificate form, you should contact your broker.

Can I buy Allot shares directly through the company?

Allot does not administer a direct purchase plan or a direct reinvestment plan. Interested investors should contact a financial institution, such as a brokerage firm, in order to purchase shares in Allot.
