Yigal Jacoby, Chairman

Yigal Jacoby co-founded Allot Communications in 1996 and served as CEO until 2006 and Chairman of the Board of Directors until 2008. In 1992, he founded Armon Networking, a manufacturer of RMON-based network management solutions, which was sold to Bay Networks in 1996. Following this acquisition, Yigal continued on as General Manager of Bay Network’s Network Management Division from 1996-1997.  Prior to this, he held a variety of engineering and marketing management positions at Tekelec, a manufacturer of telecommunications monitoring and diagnostic equipment.  Throughout his career, Yigal has founded several start-ups in the communications field, served on their boards of directors and taken an active role in guiding the companies.  He has a BA cum laude in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MSc in Computer Science from University of Southern California.

Nurit Benjamini, Director

Ms. Benjamini has served as an external director on our Board of Directors and as the chairperson of our Audit Committee of our Board of Directors since 2010. In addition, Ms. Benjamini has served on our Investment Monitoring Committee since 2010 and on our Compensation Committee since 2012. Since December 2013, Ms. Benjamini has served as the Chief Financial Officer of TabTale Ltd. a company that develops, designs and manufactures interactive digital content to be displayed on electronic devices and websites. From 2011 to 2013, Ms. Benjamini served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wixpress Ltd.; from 2007 through 2011, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of CopperGate Communications Ltd.; and from 2000 through 2007, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Compugen Ltd. (Nasdaq: CGEN). Prior to that, from 1993 through 1998, Ms. Benjamini served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., and from 1998 through 2000, as the Chief Financial Officer of Phone-Or Ltd. and Ms. Benjamini serves on the board of directors, and as chairperson of the audit committee, of Allot Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:ALLT, TASE:ALLT). Ms. Benjamini holds a B.A. in economics and business and an M.B.A. in finance, both from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

Rami Hadar, Director

Rami Hadar was Allot’s President and CEO from 2006 to 2014. He joined Allot in order to complete the company’s transformation to a service provider-focused global business. Rami has more than 20 years of experience in establishing and leading telecommunications companies and developing global businesses that address the needs of fixed and mobile service providers. Early in his career, he founded and served as CEO of CTP Systems (micro cellular networks) until its acquisition by DSP Communications (NASDAQ: DSPC). Rami continued with DSPC’s executive management team for 2 years, and subsequently the company was acquired by Intel. He went on to co-found Ensemble Communications, a pioneer in the broadband wireless space and the WiMax standard, where he served as executive VP, sales and marketing. Following that, Rami served as CEO of Native Networks where he was instrumental in successfully shaping the company into a market-driven provider of MPLS-based solutions to tier-1 telecoms, and in orchestrating the company’s ultimate acquisition by Alcatel. Rami has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Itsik Danziger, Director

Itsik Danziger has over 35 years of experience in senior executive positions in the telecommunications industry and 10 years of experience as a board member in nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as an active chairman of Galil Software, a software development outsourcing company, and is an active board member in several other technology companies. From 1985 to 2007, Itsik was with the Comverse Technology group, holding various senior management positions including President of Comverse Network Systems (he led the company from a startup to a world market leader of messaging solutions with annual revenues of over $1B), President of the Comverse Technology Group and active Chairman of the Comverse subsidiary, Starhome. Prior to Comverse, he worked in various R&D and management positions in Tadiran Telecom division, later acquired by ECI. In the NGO sector, Itsik currently serves as an active board member of Avney Rosha, the Israel institute for school leadership, IVN (Israel Venture Network) and several other organizations. He was a member of the Israeli National Task Force for the Advancement of Education (Dovrat Committee), and was chairman of two of its subcommittees. Itsik has a BSc cum laude and MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion  Israel Institute of Technology, and an MA cum laude in Philosophy and Digital Culture from Tel Aviv University.

Steven D. Levy, Director

Steven Levy was appointed as a board director in 2007. Prior to retiring from Wall Street in September 2005, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Communications Technology Research at Lehman Brothers. Before joining Lehman Brothers in 1998, Steven held a number of management positions on Wall Street, including Director of Telecommunications Research at Salomon Brothers, Managing Director and Head of the Communications Research Team at Oppenheimer & Co. and Senior Communications Analyst at Hambrecht & Quist. He currently sits on the board of directors and the audit committees of two other technology companies, publicly-held PCTel (NASDAQ: PCTI) a broadband wireless solutions provider, and privately-held GENBAND Corporation, a leading developer of next-generation media, session and security gateway solutions. In addition, Steven also served as a director of the publicly-held Tut Systems from 2005 until its acquisition by Motorola in 2007, and of Zhone Technologies (NASDAQ: ZHNE) until 2010. He has a BSc in Materials Engineering and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Miron (Ronnie) Kenneth, Director

Miron (Ronnie) Kenneth has more than 20 years of experience in the global hi-tech businesses and is currently a private investor in hi-tech startups. He currently serves as the Chairman of Teridion Technologies Ltd., a privately-held company specializing in overlay network technologies for service providers. From 2011 to 2013, Ronnie served as the CEO of Pontis Ltd., a privately-held company specializing in providing online marketing and analytics platforms for service providers.  Prior to this, he was the Chairman and CEO of Voltaire Technologies Ltd. (2001 to 2011), until it was acquired by Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX). Before Voltaire, Ronnie was a General Partner in Telos Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture firm and prior to this, he held senior management positions in Cadence Design Systems Inc.’s (NASDAQ: CDN) European organization. Ronnie has an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
