Renewals Sales Manager

What you’ll do:

The Inside Sales & Business Services will focus on current customers and sales in an effort to consult and sell all renewal product options including multiyear and coterminous renewals. Support the sales team in the region to promote the company’s solutions, increase regional services sales, develop and enhance the company’s relations with its business partners and customers in the region.

Sales oriented tasks:

  • Lead the renewal sales cycle from proposal stage through contract execution in coordination with Field Sales;
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly renewal targets;
  • Maximize renewal revenue;
  • Drive on-time or early renewals;
  • Accurately forecast quarterly renewal revenue;
  • Identify, up-sell (Trade Ups) & cross-sell opportunities within dedicated client base;
  • Identify “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle and construct the action plan to ensure a successful, timely renewal;
  • Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.

Marketing events and material:

  • Support the region’s sales management team with reactive and proactive sales and marketing activities in the channel partner base
  • Keeping track of all the marketing material available.
  • Internal orders for marketing collateral.
  • Helping the organization with marketing events.

Organizing official and customized training:

  • Keeping an updated list of actual and potential attendees.
  • Sending all necessary details to the attendees.
  • Inserting all the contacts in the CRM.

What you should have:

At least 3 years’ Experience in customer support services;

Strong communication and presentation skills, business development acumen and sales level technical aptitude to impart product and solution value propositions.

The ability to work successfully as part of a team, initiative and drive to be self-motivated and be able to work independently when needed.

Must demonstrate initiative and creativity in the development of channel sales and marketing programs.

Bachelor graduate/BA degree

Proficient with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint – advantage;

Direct and Professional reporting line – Director of Inside Sales, Global Enterprise
