Delivery Manager

What you’ll do:

The Delivery Manager will manage a Team of Professional Services engineers based in various locations in the EMEA region.
The Delivery Manager will work closely with Regional PS team, Project managers and the Regional Account Managers to consistently deliver high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for deploying Allot’s products at our customers around EMEA
  • Responsible for execution of proof of concepts, trials, and demos.
  • Deliver on-site technical training to partners and customers
  • Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
  • Under the team responsibility to review technical documents including ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) and MOPs (Method of Procedure)
  • Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality
  • Serve as a technical leader in front of customers and partners
  • Technical lead and HR allocation
  • Multitasking and multi-targeting in Tier 1 environment

What you should have:

  • At least 5 years of direct managerial experience – high advantage
  • Proven hands-on network engineering experience
  • Linux knowledge
  • Network security experience-an advantage
  • System experience (such as Diameter, Radius, etc.) and application protocols-an advantage
  • Bash and another scripting skills-an advantage
  • Experience with virtualization (e.g., OpenStack, VMware, Virtual Box)-an advantage
  • Experience of 5 + years within the telecom industries with specific DSL, cable and mobile technologies
  • Possess solid technical telecommunications skills
  • Solid TCP/IP knowledge, Linux
  • 3GPP/Standards, Mobile infrastructure, and Tier 1 providers/Carrier – an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and high admin skills
  • English at a high level and experience with multicultural companies – Mandatory
  • Russian speaking – an advantage
  • Multitask / Detailed oriented, pleasant and reliable personality.
