What we’re looking for:

A skilled & highly-motivated Principal Pre Sales Engineer- Enterprise with experience providing direct technical presales support for mid and large Enterprise customers and partners in France, Benelux and West Africa.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of the technical relationships with Enterprise customers and partners in the region, with an in-depth understanding of customer challenges and business
  • Work closely with the sales team to support existing customers and close new business, from initial contact and meetings through delivery
  • Design appropriate technical solutions and specifications
  • Conduct product and solution presentations to customers and partners
  • Deliver Partner/Customer technical workshops & training
  • Support Tender and RFX responses with the partners
  • Plan and execute Proof of Concepts, trials, and demos at customer sites, including all relevant documentation (HLD, LLD, Test Plan, etc.)

Requirements :

What you should have:

  • +5 years of experience in customer-facing & partner presales/sales engineering in an enterprise networking company
  • Ideally experience with DPI, network management and/or traffic shaping software products
  • Strong understanding and know-how of the Enterprise market
  • Ability to design network solutions for complex requirements
  • Highly technical understanding in IP networking including work with network equipment (routers, routing protocols, firewalls, VPN devices, DPI devices, network management tools)
  • Hands-on experience in Linux, database systems
  • Strong presentation skills, and excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • CCNP/CCSP or equivalent desired, CISSP – an advantage
  • Technical or Customer training experience – an advantage
  • French and English at fluent or native level.
