Global Support Services - Data Analyst - India
What we’re looking for:
An opportunity to join the Global Customer Service of a cutting-edge DPI vendor that provides Tier1 network operator grade Analytics.
Handle 1st and 2nd level Analytics Requests professionally and independently via CRM, phone, and email, provide excellent, dedicated and proactive support service, working with higher tier support teams and travel to customer sites according to need. All while maintaining direct contact with key customers in the APAC region off-site and on-site to assure customer satisfaction and success. Serving mainly APAC customer but with opportunities to serve and travel globally.
o Identify analyse and interpret, using statistical techniques and prepare reports that can drive business decisions
o Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
o Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
o Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
o Provide direct support and troubleshooting for various software components, for Allot customers
Exp range - 6 - 10 Years
o Technical proficiency regarding VERTICA Database, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
o Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy
o Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
o Motivated and self-learner through hands-on experience and on the job learning.
o Able to work under pressure upholding strict SLA's.
o Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies and technical environments.
o Excellent human relations, service orientated and excellent team player.
o Excellent communicator written and spoken:
• Excellent English spoken and writing skills – a must.
• Ability to document technical information and knowledge sharing with global teams.
o Graduate/Diploma of Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
o Japanese Language – an advantage.
