What we are looking for
Senior Director Customer Success/ deployment leader, to lead cyber security Global Support Services and Professional Services for our AllotSecure products.
What you will do
- You will be Part of Allot Global Support Services (GSS) organization, reporting to AVP Global Support Services in the Customer Success department
- In this role, you will manage AlllotSecure teams directly and in-directly providing First Level Support, Product Expert Support and Resident Engineers.
- Develop best practices for supporting AllotSecure customer POCs, Strategic Projects implementation and increase Cyber Security knowledge in your organization
- You will be accountable for End 2 End KPIs like: # of Problem Reported (Backlog), Turn around Time (TAT), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), etc …
- As part of the role you will work closely with different roles withing Allot organization like product management, R&D, CFU manager and account manager
- More to that, you will be responsible for AllotSecure solutions’ performance and accuracy
What you should have
- Vast experience within the cyber security end point/ mobile security industry
- At least 10 year of experience in managerial role in Customer Success or Professional Services units
- Vast experience with POC's processes in a cyber security company
- Networking background - advantage
