What we’re looking for:
A Professional Services Engineer who will deploy our products with our Tier1 CSP (communication service provider) customers, working closely with product management, pre-sales, solution architecture, and R&D.
What you will do:
- Stage systems are offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality.
- Responsible for supporting our remote PS in deploying Allot’s products to our customers.
- Responsible for supporting our remote PS in the execution of proof of concepts, trials, and demos.
- Deliver technical training internally to Customer Success teams.
- Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
- Create technical documents including LDD (low-level design), ATP (Acceptance Test Plan), and MOPs (Method of Procedure).
- Serve as a technical leader
Requirements :
What you should have:
- Knowledge in DevOps engineering or system administration.
- Knowledge in Cloud Native Technologies (Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible any others)
- Understanding of complicated technical deployments.
- Self-learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
