Description

The Team Leader will manage a team of professionals in order to provide direct technical support for Allot’s potential and existing customers and partners. The Team Leader will work closely with the Territory Sales personnel and other relevant technical departments to achieve the region's support and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 12 engineers
  • Conducting technology and managerial coaching
  • Understanding customer challenges and business and guiding the team accordingly
  • Creating product and solution design and specifications
  • Working on tenders and RFx responses with the sales team
  • Planning and executing Proof of Concept, trials and demos at partner or Allot sites including all relevant documentation (HLD, LLD, SAT, FAT, Staging, etc
  • Delivering on-site technical training and product training to partners and customers
  • Guiding and monitoring the team on how to perform installations and upgrades
  • Taking ownership of technical relationships with customers and partners
  • Assisting other Allot functions (TAC, R&D, Etc) with on-site activities as needed
  • Promoting and recommending Allot Solutions
  • Coordinating technical activities from initial contact and meetings through delivery
  • Liasing all parts of the Customer Success organization (TAC, T4, T3, Strategic Projects support, etc.) as well as with relevant groups such as Operations (Logistics), Product Management, Finance, and Marketing

Requirements

  • At least 3 years direct managerial experience (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong leadership and administrative skills
  • Excellent English and experience working with multicultural companies
  • Multitask oriented, pleasant and reliable personality
  • 5+ years' experience working within a direct customer facing environemnt in security high-tech companies
  • Proven customer facing skills and experience
  • Strong presentation skills and customer relations
  • Strong writing skills for high level design solutions and presentations for customers
  • Strong background in security service provider and mobile operator environments
  • Experience working in Telecom, solid knowlege of TCP/IP and Linux   
  • Familiarity with 3GPP/Standards, mobile infrastructure and Tier 1 providers/carriers (advantageous)
