This Web site uses session ID cookies for maintaining your "session" or conversation with our Web servers when you fill out forms on our Web site. To maintain your session, a small text file is placed on your hard drive. Once you close your browser, the cookie is simply deleted.

In addition to the information that you share with us, our Web site servers use standard log files. Communications from the Site
All visitors who share their personal information with Allot will be automatically subscribed to Netminder, Allot's email newsletter, and will be added to our in-house email list. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide a way to opt-out of these communications on each email newsletter.
Customer support communicates with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. In regards to issues relating to installed products, we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
Children and Privacy
Our Web site does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Allot does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 and we do not send them requests for personal information.
