Allot TierManager allows broadband providers to define competitive, application-aware service plans with individual QoS policies and SLAs that enforce how each subscriber’s traffic is treated. Cell-aware service plans can also be defined, allowing temporary QoS measures to be enforced for all subscribers in a cell that is congested.
Allot QuotaManager further differentiates your service offering by including usage allowances and overage policies in the service plan. Usage caps based on volume and time can be managed per subscriber and per application. Allot controls metering and enforcement and produces usage reports and standard CDRs for mediation and/or billing systems. Enforcement options include redirection to the operator service portal, quota top-up and chargeable turbo button service that delivers extra bandwidth on demand.
