    Rami Hadar

    President & CEO

    Rami Hadar joined Allot in 2006 in order to complete the company's transformation to a service provider-focused global business.  For more than 20 years, he has been establishing and leading telecommunications companies and developing global businesses that address the needs of fixed and mobile service providers.

    Early in his career Hadar founded and served as CEO of CTP Systems (micro cellular networks) until its acquisition by DSP Communications (NASDAQ: DSPC). Hadar continued with DSPC's executive management team for two years, and subsequently the company was acquired by Intel.  Hadar went on to co-found Ensemble Communications, a pioneer in the broadband wireless space and the WiMax standard, where he served as executive vice president, sales and marketing. Following that, Hadar served as CEO of Native Networks where he was instrumental in successfully shaping the company into a market-driven provider of MPLS based solutions to tier-1 telecoms and in orchestrating the company’s ultimate acquisition by Alcatel.

  • Nachum Falek

    Nachum Falek

    CFO

    Nachum Falek brings significant financial, management and telecom experience to Allot where he is responsible for the company’s strategic financial direction.  He is in charge of the Allot’s global financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting and planning, investor relations, and tax affairs.

    Prior to joining Allot, he served from 2003 as the CFO of AudioCodes, a leading provider of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Voice Network products.  From 2000 to 2003, he was the Director of Finance of AudioCodes.  Earlier in his career, Falek served as a Controller at ScanVec-Amiable Ltd., and as a Manager at Ernst & Young Israel.  Falek is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and a M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

    Jay Klein

    CTO & VP

    Jay Klein has over 20 years experience in telecommunications and is responsible for driving Allot's technology strategy and core intellectual property.
    Before joining Allot, Klein served as VP Strategic Business Development at DSPG (VoIP and multimedia silicon solutions) where he was responsible for strategic technology acquisitions. Prior to this, he co-founded and held the position of CTO at Ensemble Communications (wireless access systems) and was one of the founders and creators of WiMAX and IEEE 802.16.  Klein was also CTO and VP of R&D at CTP Systems (cellular system manufacturer) which was acquired by DSP Communications and later by Intel. Klein holds numerous patents in the telecommunications field.
  • Andrei Elefant

    Andrei Elefant

    VP Product Management & Marketing

    Andrei Elefant has more than 10 years experience in product management. He joined Allot in 2000 as a product manager, and served as Director of Product Management before being promoted to his current position.

    Prior to Allot, Elefant worked in the product management of airborne systems. This included responsibility for products from the characterization of requirements and development stages through new system introduction and maintenance. Elefant has a B.Sc. cum laude in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Business Development.

    Lior Moyal

    VP Business Development

    Lior Moyal is responsible for driving the company’s global business development strategy including developing partnerships with global system integrators, creating alliances with value added network and subscriber services partners, and recruiting and managing worldwide OEM partners.
    Moyal comes to Allot from AudioCodes where as VP of Business Development, he was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global strategy.  Previous positions include AudioCodes’ VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development at BridgeWave Communications, and a variety of management positions in Orckit, including VP of Product Management and VP of Business Development.  Moyal holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
  • Gary Drutin

    Gary Drutin

    VP International Sales

    Gary Drutin oversees the international development, implementation and management of direct and channel sales for Allot Communications in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

    Before joining Allot, Gary Drutin served as BD Director of the microWave LOB  at Broadcom (post Provigent acquisition). Prior to the acquisition he was Senior VP worldwide Sales at Provigent. Before that (till 2010) he was VP Global Sales at AudioCodes Ltd.   From 1997 till 2004 he was working for Cisco and served as Country Manager and General Manager for Cisco Israel, Cyprus and Malta. From 1990 until 1997, he served in sales management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation Israel. Gary Drutin holds an M.B.A degree from Tel-Aviv University in Information Systems and Marketing and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion.
  • Vin Costello

    Vin Costello

    VP & General Manager, Americas

    Vin Costello directs all Sales, Marketing and Support operations in the Americas.

    He brings to Allot more than 20 years of experience within sales, marketing and operations at top tier telecommunication carriers in the United States.  Prior to Allot, Costello assumed management positions of increasing responsibility at NYNEX Corporation including Vice President Business Network Solutions and Vice President Global Sales. After the NYNEX merger with Bell Atlantic, he was appointed President & CEO of Bell Atlantic Network Integration, where he grew the unit to exceed $300M in annual revenues with 1200 employees located throughout the United States.

    After Bell Atlantic, Costello served as VP Sales at Corvis Corporation, an optical networking start-up, where he was instrumental in penetrating telco accounts and driving over $200M in sales. He was subsequently named Vice President and General Manager of Managed Storage Services when Corvis acquired Broadwing.  

  • Amir Hochbaum

    Amir Hochbaum

    VP R&D

    Amir Hochbaum joined Allot in 2008 as VP Research & Development, bringing with him over 20 years of experience of managing some of the most successful multi-disciplinary R&D teams in the international high-tech arena.
    Prior to joining Allot, Hochbaum served as COO of Axerra, an international leader in circuit emulation and service emulation solutions. Before Axerra, he was Senior Vice President of R&D at Vyyo, a leading provider of extended bandwidth solutions for HFC network operators. This followed an 11-year tenure at Avaya where he held various managerial and executive positions including VP R&D and General Manager. Hochbaum holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
  • Ramy Moriah

    Ramy Moriah

    VP Customer Care

    Ramy Moriah is responsible for Allot's worldwide customer care organization, including maintenance and sale support activities.
    Moriah has over 25 years of experience managing high-tech businesses and  technology products. Prior to Allot, he was a founding member of Daisy System's Design Center, manager of software development at Orbot Instruments, and VP R&D and acting General Manager at ACA.
  • Pini Gvili

    Pini Gvili

    VP Operations

    Pini Gvili is responsible for Allot’s global operations including the manufacturing, testing, fulfillment and shipping of thousands of products each year as well as the company's IT infrastructure.

    Gvili has extensive experience in manufacturing operations (from the prototype level to mass production), coordination of cross functional teams through the whole product lifecycle process, and in the planning and execution of budgets and cost reduction activities to decrease COGS and personnel overhead.   Prior to Allot, Gvili was VP Operations for a start-up company specializing in solutions for cellular network optimization. He also served as VP Operations and IT at Terayon Communication Systems, a broadband access company, and as Manager of Integration and Final Testing at Telegate, a developer of communications systems for cable operators.
  • Anat Shenig

    Anat Shenig

    VP Human Resources

    Anat Shenig joined Allot in 2000 as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. She is responsible for personnel recruitment, welfare policies and employee training.
    Prior to Allot, Shenig served as Human Resources manager of the Davidoff Insurance Company and as an organizational consultant at Aman Consulting.  Shenig holds a MSc in organizational behavior from the University of Tel Aviv.

    Marc Zionts

    VP Strategic Mobile Service Providers

    Marc Zionts, a telecom executive and entrepreneur for almost three decades, focuses on developing emerging technology in high growth markets.

     

    Starting in the 80’s on the transition to enterprise solutions versus basic telephone systems, moving to broadband in the 90’s, and onto mobile applications and network optimization today, Marc has targeted the most exciting and challenging new business opportunities.    Currently, Zionts is the VP, Strategic Mobile Service Providers at Allot Communications.  Zionts previously was the CEO of Ortiva Wireless, which was acquired by Allot Communications in May of 2012.   Ortiva focused on the emerging video optimization market.  Prior to Ortiva, Marc was the CEO of FastMobile (sold to RIM), CEO of Cantata Technology (sold to Dialogic), CEO of Westell Technologies (Nasdaq: WSTL), and Founder and EVP of Communicate Direct, Inc., (sold to Softnet).  Zionts began his career with GTE and Fujitsu/GTE Business Systems, serving in various sales and marketing capacities. Zionts earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.

     

     

  • Itamar Rosen

    Itamar Rosen

    Vice President Legal Affairs - General Counsel and Company Secretary

    Itamar Rosen joined Allot as Vice President Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2012 with over 20 years’ experience in international transactions, intellectual property and business and corporate law.
    Prior to joining Allot, he served from 2000 – 2012 as Vice President Legal Affairs and General Counsel of AudioCodes Ltd and before that in 4 different major law firms (in England and Israel).  Mr Rosen is a qualified arbitrator and admitted to practice as a lawyer in New York, England and Wales and Israel. Mr Rosen received a LL.B (Hons.) degree from University of Essex in 1989 (England), a M.B.A from the Open Business School in 1995 (England) and a LL.M Magna Cum Laude from Tel-Aviv University as part of an executive program in collaboration with University of California Berkeley in 2005.
