Partnership to increase Allot exposure to European market

Boston, MA and Stuttgart, Germany, 27 January 2009 - Allot Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT), a leader in IP service optimization and revenue generation solutions based on deep packet inspection (DPI), and Magirus, a leading European supplier of IT solutions, announced today their strategic pan-European distribution partnership.  The agreement is expected to increase Allot’s coverage in the European market via Magirus’ wide reseller network, particularly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

"We are happy about the decision of both Allot and Magirus to put a special focus on our partnership", Christian Magirus, Executive Vice President & COO of Magirus said. "Our business partners will strongly profit from our joint action plan, including a dedicated partner program, new training as well as marketing, funding and support."

“We are excited about this strategic partnership with Magirus and look forward to the increased exposure that it will provide us in Europe, particularly in the mobile, ISP and large enterprise environment,” said Eli Cohen, Allot’s Vice President of International Sales.  “Because of Magirus’ experience and expertise in the European market, we feel confident that they understand the needs of our customers and how best to serve them.”
