- The serial number has to be registered in Allot eCRM system
- The serial number has to be covered by a valid Support & Maintenance contract

The serial number of your product as printed on the label at the back of the unit (for NetEnforcer unit, you may also use the Box Number as appears in the NetEnforcer GUI).
